We offer a 72 hours return policy provided the product/products reach us back in unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and in its original saleable condition with original packaging, tags and invoice.

Kindly e-mail us at ritu_kankaria@hotmail.com within 72 hours of receiving the product/products; with the details of the product/products you are returning, along with the return courier tracking details. Kindly ensure proper packaging to make sure product reaches us in safe condition. Once it matches all our conditions of return we’ll process the refund to the original mode of payment.  Return courier charges will be borne by the customer.
